EDEN GRAINS OPENS UP U.S. AG INVESTMENTS TO FOREIGN INVESTORS

U.S. attracts billions of dollars each year from foreign investment into the U.S. To make U.S. investments more seamless and easy, Eden Grains opens up U.S. agricultural investments to foreign investors.

Eden Grains, a New York City startup, has launched to open U.S. farmland investments to foreign investors.  To start investing in U.S. farmland, foreign investors simply buy shares in a U.S. farmland deal using a credit or debit card through Eden Grains. There is no minimum investment requirement to start investing.  When all the available shares for an Eden Grains deal are sold before the offer end date, we collect payment and the investors become shareholders of the U.S. Company (LLC) which will take ownership of the farm for the life of the investment. All investments are done online.

Eden Grains launched because the U.S. attracts billions of dollars each year from foreign investment into the U.S. To make U.S. investments more seamless and easy, Eden Grains allows investors to invest in minutes, with just a few clicks of the mouse, and a credit or debit card.

After the investment, land acquired through the Eden Grains platform is managed by Peoples Company. The Peoples Company (http://www.peoplescompany.com) will cash lease land to area farmers and collect rent payments for foreign investors. The company will continue to manage land for foreign investors until they decide to vote to sell land on Eden Grains. Eden Grains foreign investors approve by a shareholder e-vote of 51 percent the liquidation of assets. When assets are approved for liquidation, shareholders will receive via FedEx a check closing out their investment after assets are liquidated.

Interested foreign investors should visit the Eden Grains website and open an account at www.edengrains.com.
